Fujikura Golf’s Speeder brand golf shafts were played to scorch the JTBC Founders Cup field, dominate the leaderboard, win the tournament by five strokes and tie the LPGA’s record for the lowest winning score in relationship to par.
Vista, Calif. – March 21, 2016 – Fujikura Golf, known for designing and producing the world’s best performance golf shafts, has yet again been credited with another victory but also with an historic performance. These triumphs were achieved at the LPGA Tour’s JTBC Founders Cup played on the Desert Ridge Wildfire Golf Course in Phoenix, AZ.

According to the Darrell Survey, golf’s leading golf equipment reporting agency, the JTBC Founders Cup Champion played a Fujikura Speeder Branded 3-Wood and 5-Wood in her route to taking the title and making history. The company also had a notable wood golf shaft count at the JTBC Founders Cup field with 131 wood golf shafts in play. The models did differ but the vast majority were in the Speeder Brand Series.
